Dedication to Electrical Safety and Training
Workplace safety is a priority and a critical component of our daily operations. Kaiser employees have completed OSHA safety training programs and participate in daily inspections and weekly training to ensure a safe work environment for employees and customers.
Training and education are provided through the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 34, which jointly offer a formal, established apprenticeship program. In addition, required drug testing is provided by Screen Safe Inc., a national provider that works with us to maintain a safe and productive drug-free environment.
What’s new in safety?
Kaiser Electrical Contractors will be attaining even higher levels of safety compliance using a new mobile application that monitors safety in real time, increases accountability, and ensures effective safety program application. This innovative system is completely paperless and has been shown to significantly improve safety processes and safety cultures company-wide.
